Easy Spaghetti/Pasta Bolognaise (Serves 3)

Pasta Bolognaise

1 onion

1 tbspn salt

400g mince beef

1 jar (320g) of Dolmio Bolognaise (according to taste)

300 g spaghetti (or fusili or any other pasta you like or prefer)

Fry the chopped onion in a little fat. Then add the mince and let it boil till it gets dry and a little bit fried (for about 30 minutes, if necessary add a little bit of water at the beginning) at low heat. Then add Dolmio, a little bit of other herbs you have around and a little bit of ground pepper if you like. Let to boil at low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Add the salt in the water, boil it then add the spaghetti, bring it to boil again stirring gently and let it to boil 10 minutes.

Serve with grated cheese (parmesan if possible).
